Mono-flower Honey
This light cream coloured honey is a mono-flower honey collected by our team based within the Champawat district of Uttarakhand. The Apis Cerena species of bee collects the nectar from the Malabar Nut blooms. Our limited-edition honey is only collected in the month of February when the flowers bloom towards early spring. The quantity of honey collected is extremely low, as the Apis Cerena bee only produces 50 – 60 kilos of Bashind honey per season & is very rarely available for retail. The honey is unpasteurised, unprocessed & unadulterated making it naturally rich in in amino acids, enzymes, bee pollen and probiotics.
How to use: You can consume a teaspoon of the honey daily in your lemon / plain water or just on its own.
