Raw wildflower honey
 
This sun- kissed golden coloured multi floral honey comes from the forests located in the Champawat district of Uttarakhand. The indigenous honeybee, Apis Cerena collects nectar from the vast species of blooming wildflowers & medicinal herbs found within the rich biodiversity of the meadows and forests around the Nanda Devi biosphere. This multiflora honey has a light floral yet fruity lychee flavour due to the abundance of flora found within it’s nectar collection range. Some of the flowers belong to the endangered & threatened species list and the indigenous Apis Cerena thereby helps in the act of preservation through pollination.
 
How to use: You can consume a teaspoon of the honey daily in your lemon / plain water or just on its own.
